Refund policy

We appreciate your purchase from APILEA. Please review our return policy carefully before submitting a return request.

Please note: A $10 return shipping and processing fee applies to all approved returns unless the item is defective or incorrect.

 

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging

  • You must include proof of purchase (receipt or order number)

  • To start a return, email us at returns@apilea.com. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

 

Return Shipping & Refund Method

  • A $10 return shipping and processing fee will be deducted from your refund amount unless the item is defective or we made an error.

  • Approved returns are refunded as store credit (APILEA Credit), which never expires and can be used on any future purchase.

 

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Sale items (all sale items are final sale)

  • Personal care items, if opened or used

  • Custom or made-to-order items, including quarter zips with printed or custom artwork

  • Gift cards

Quarter zips with printed designs are made specifically for each order and are final sale.

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, feel free to reach out before placing your order.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at returns@apilea.com with photos and a description. We will provide a full refund or replacement if the issue is confirmed.

 

Exchanges

To make an exchange, please complete the return process first. Once approved, you can place a new order using your store credit.

If we ship your exchange item before receiving the original item, the original must be returned within 14 days of receiving your return label. For eco-friendly purposes, we encourage reusing the original packaging whenever possible.

If the original item is not received within this timeframe, we reserve the right to charge your original payment method for the replacement item.


European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason. The returned item must meet the same condition requirements stated above.

 

Refund Timing

Once your return is received and approved, store credit will be issued via email within 5–7 business days.
